I have had a very pleasant day today, despite an inappropriate and quite peculiar grouchy mood.
First, I did NOTHING, I just lazed about. Then I went for a walk with Havana in the rain and bathed her when we got home.
After that, my Mom and I went to a riding school in very-far-away which was, sadly, a very nice place that took the horses natural ways and body-language into account (looking a horse in the eye means "No", "Don't" and/or "Walk away from me" and horses KNOW where you're looking...) and had a very gentle touch, which, as the lady there often said, they were sadly alone in doing. Then again, they only "cater" to adults, unlike normal riding schools, where the horses often have to deal with children who can be very difficult to teach they should be careful, and that's why school horses are so jaded (my spoil is showing, isn't it?).
Anyway, the horse I rode was named Tony and he took a shine to me, or so I was told, he kept trying to walk closer to as we were walking to the corral and he apparently walked very nicely for me while we were riding (which was all at a walk... An hour of walking), that was apparently rare for him. Not that he wasn't a good horse, of course, but he really didn't like corners of the ring and kept to inner circle. He said goodbye to me when we left. What a big, soft, sweetheart. His coat was so soft and smooth. Those horses were clearly happy and healthy and wanted to go. I remember the school horses I rode, you needed to make/force them to open their mouth or the bit wouldn't get in, these guys kept yawning and voluntarily opened their mouth for the bit to go in. So nice.
This will probably be my last post before I leave for Bulgaria this Sunday. I am looking very much forward to the trip. So, have a nice summer week.
Ah, wait, just remembered, I visited Rigshospitalet (Copenhagen University Hospital) the other day to see a day in the life of a medical laboratory scientist before I stepped into it. I liked what I saw and plan to stay on course... Although getting to smell some bacteria that smelled like old socks wasn't very pleasant.

Heya, home from Bulgaria
So... Bulgaria is incredibly beautiful. It is like... It's like a fairytale, a fantasy story, a... Oh, I don't know! But there are mountains and forests and rivers and kilometre after kilometre of untouched nature, areas where there used to be villages, centuries old villages! You could probably travel for days and never meet anyone but yourself and your horse and only cross a handful of roads and... Oh so beautiful. =)
And the horses we rode! Lovely creatures. I rode a chestnut, thirteen-year-old fellow named Vichar who, along with the guide's horse (Musketar, by far the most beautiful), embodied the Bulgarian proverb: A crazy man do
Hi?
I have absolutely no idea why I'm writing this, I never get any attention. =) Maybe 'cause I suck at giving it? Who knooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooows? I am a bit sleepy. And the music I'm listening to now have the weirdest ups and downs and full stops... But I'm going to change it soon, so meh.
Anyway, I got really good grades this year, my worst being 7, which is the third highest grade and highly underestimated, and I got that in written maths, where I was pessimistically expecting 4, the grade below. Yeah, no one likes the new Danish grading system either, and there's a lot of outrage over 13 having been dumped. 13 was an extr
Too Cruel Computer
It just deleted my outline of my chemistry questions. If you don't quite follow, I was given the questions ahead of time so I could prepare for them and how I'd tell them, which I did. And now my computer decided that, hey, let's delete ALL BLEEDING TRACES OF IT! My brother just went on a very thorough search of it and you know what he found? A something-like-half-finished version of it my mother send me as a mistake.
So now I have a considerably less-than-finished outline for chemistry, an outline for maths I don't think I can finish 'cause I royally suck at the last questions and a computer that can't feel what I type that is driving me cr
On a Positive Note
I was tired of my journal being me bitching, so on a positive note:
I've decided to ringtrain Havana. Ringtraining is training a dog how to walk, stand and let yourself be groped at a dog-show. I wonder if companion breeds get a bonus for licking the judge? I might show her, I might not, and if I do with success I might or might not breed her. Whatever I do with it, it's good for her to learn something new (good for me, too) and seems like it could be fun, and it's cheap, because it's something the Danish Kennel Club offers.
And these pictures are just too bloody adorable: http://message.snopes.com/showthread.php?t=53631 It's a deer and a
